Autopsy on Avenged Sevenfold’s Sullivan Inconclusive

An autopsy on Avenged Sevenfold drummer Jimmy “The Rev” Sullivan came back inconclusive to determine why the 28-year-old drummer died, My Fox L.A. reports. As Rolling Stone reported yesterday, Sullivan was found unresponsive in the Huntington Beach, California home he shared with his wife Leana MacFadden Monday night, December 28th. A police officer on the scene said that it appeared Sullivan died of natural causes.

Whitney's Friends Fear that She is Using Drugs Again

According to the National Enquirer, Whitney’s recent behavior has friends concern. “Everyone is worried about her,” a source said. “Whitney seems to go from being a nervous wreck to being completely out of it in a short period of time — just like she did when she was freebasing and using crack cocaine. “She is still drinking and with Whitney, alcohol and drugs have always gone hand-in-hand. She’s worked so hard to get back on top. It would be tragic for it to go up in smoke because she can’t stay clean. “You can’t help worrying that she’s slipped back into some of her bad habits,” added the source.

I watched a couple of her recent performances, i thought something was wrong too. But i dont know her personally to judge. Maybe not being nominated for a Grammy is a slap in the face.

CLASSIC ALBUM REWIND: Ol' Dirty Bastard's N***a Please

One of my favorite albums ever is Ol' Dirty Bastard's 1999 smash N***a Please. Something about this album is so classic. Though a lot of people slept on this album, it peaked at #2 and #10 on Billboard's Top R&B/Hip Hop Albums chart and the Billboard 200. But that's not what makes it classic. What makes N***Please so classic is at times it seems so unscripted that many have called it nontraditional hip hop. What i enjoy most about the album is that Dirty finds random moments to laugh and belch over his lines, leaving half-bars of empty space here and there, breaking out singing and screaming, smashing a 16-bar verse to launch into a hook whenever he's ready. While many only focused on the materialistic side of the album. I didn't, i appreciated his openness to be himself! It is a masterpiece, but not an album not for the kids. Honestly in many cases the album may leave you believing that ODB was mentally ill! LOL, but I still to this day play the album in heavy rotation! RIP ODB

GOD & The Church Vs. Lady Gaga!

Kansas Pastor Fred Phleps of the Westboro Baptist Church is upset with Lady Gaga and apparently he and his congregation plans to protest outside of her up coming show. According to Pastor Phleps Press Release God is saying that “GOD HATES LADY GAGA!!!” He has put out a press release that promotes and explains why he and his congregation will be protesting outside of Lady GaGa’s concert at the Fox Theatre on Jan. 7 in St. Louis.

WOW! I'm understanding where the church could be coming from. However their way of doing it is extremely unGodly! For no reason should any "Child of God" or not of God try and question another persons relationship in Christ! If Gaga worships the devil, or hell trees for that matter that's her business. I dont understand why she is the person of focus? There are many other artist that you could also put in this category.

Demi Moore Donates $100K to Shelter

The lovely Demi Moore recently signed a check for 100k to the Southwest Community Center, located in California. The center helps poor children and needy seniors until burned down earlier this month to a suspected electrical fault. The center at the time was collecting gifts and food for the needy to stock them up for the holidays when everything was destroyed. After learning about the tragedy, Moore wrote a check to the center to help replace crates of food and gifts that were lost.

Artist Spotlight: KindaSmooth

My daily youtube routine consisting of listening to great artist who haven't been signed got even better tonight. I came across this Texas bread sibling duo by the name of KindaSmooth. They have used Youtube to remake a lot of songs while adding their own twist that sounds so gOOOd! (had to make those O's HUGE) According to KindaSmooth's myspace they are an R&B band consisting of two brothers, Aaron Jacob (Lead Vocals/Keys/Guitar) and Mikey O. Salazar (BassGuitar/Lead Vocals). They are also currently working on an album to be released independently. They recently spent the summer touring. Their youtube says while they have a lot of original music, they are not yet ready to be released. Honestly i can't wait because their covers are great! Usher, Joe, Tupac, Keri Hilson and Drake are covered just to name a few.

Japanese researchers develop see-through goldfish

Japanese researchers have succeeded in producing a goldfish whose beating hearts can be seen through translucent scales and skin. As i looked through the web, i came across this photo! Now we all know 2009 has been the official year of bullsh*t on every front but this has to top most. It appears to be someone who is a huge fan of Yo Gotti's hit song "5 Star chick." Yea the song! Now i don't know how old this young lady is and im hoping she younger 18! Either way this is extremely tacky, tasteless and it says a lot about her mental stability. When she gets older, she is not going to want this across her chest! At least i hope not! People we have got to do better!

I watched this and i also had to think about there they are as well. Atlanta, Ga! However i think sometimes as women you too get caught up in vain aspirations of what a man is or how he should look. honestly i think this is the case, of woman wanting to be better than their parents and getting so caught up in the rapture of success that they forgot..What they want. I dont know though all i will say is open your mind to other men, from different cultures. There are a lot of single successful men. Yes they may be divorced, with kids or whatever. But that doesnt make them any less of a good man. I think women in these circumstances over look good men because they’re too short, too ugly, too poor, or not thuggish enough. Something dumb! The problem is women like these are usually still chasing the wrong type of guy. I always feel some kind of way when women and men complain about being single and successful. Usually it's a personal issue; meaning work on yourself! Everyone will not be married, Everyone will not have kids. Its not every one's calling. Stop trying to put in other women's heads that there are no good men, there are plenty! The problem could be you and how you think. Change the way you think and maybe you'll do better.

Tyra Banks has just announced that she is pulling the plug on “The Tyra Show” after five seasons. Next spring will be her last season. Reportedly she will now focus on her production company and TV and movies. I'm really hoping she and her man John have some kids. LOL, i also think their secretly married. But hay, maybe not Tyra tends to tell us all her business. It doesn't really matter though i think she should continue the show for as long as she can. Either way Tyra is going to get money!

DOWNLOAD & ARTIST SPOTLIGHT: WISH

As i cruised through youtube as i do every night before i go to bed. I stumbled upon Baltimore artist WISH! At first glance i thought to myself whats different! I watched all of her YOUTUBE videos (judging by her performances, she's spends a lot of time around the "Kids" & you I love the "Kids") I checked out her myspace and website. Before i read or researched anything i download the EP to get a ear full of her talent. I was really surprised and i really enjoyed the Skool Gurl Diaries compilation! The compilation is a fusion of R&B/Alternative music mixed in with some Pop ballads.

Skool Gurl Diaries is Wish's first solo attempt, after being in two girl groups. According to Wish's website she is now in New Jersey, putting the finishing touches on her album with the help of best friend and songwriter Donny Roc who has written all songs on the album except for two.

Two of the models appear below, and according to CocoPerez, Crystal Renn, is four inches wider then your normal model and Jacquelyn Jablonski is a standard haute couture runway walker. Honestly i mean no disrespect but the clothes fill out better on the "Plus-Size" model.

Woman Arrested for Michelle Obama Threat

According to the AP, Secret Service has placed 35-year-old Kristy Lee Roshia in federal custody for allegedly threatening Michelle Obama and hitting a secret service agent. Roshia who has a history of leaving messages and sending everything from poems to photographs of herself to the Secret Service. Reportedly, called the Secret Service’s Boston office last month and told a receptionist, “I will kill Michelle Obama” and “I will kill Marines,” according to a Secret Service affidavit. During the same call, she said she would “blow away” Michelle Obama. Kristy Lee Roshia, 35, was charged with threatening a family member of the president and assaulting a federal agent after being arrested Saturday less than two miles from the Kailua home where the Obama family planned to stay during a holiday visit later this week. The 107-year-old Black woman whom Barack Obama praised for exercising her right to vote despite the threat of violence died Monday. Ann Nixon Cooper died less than three weeks shy of her 108th birthday at her home in Atlanta, CNN reports

Brittany Murphy's ‘Deadline’ Movie Poster Recall Due To Murphy Appearing 'Lifeless'

DVD rental chain Redbox announced Wednesday it was pulling a poster depicting the late actress posing lifeless in a bathtub. The poster promoted the direct-to-video horror film "Deadline," which Coinstar Inc-owned Redbox began carrying in its kiosks nationwide on December 1. Officials say it will take 7 - 10 days to remove the image from the 19,000 kiosks nationwide. The Deadline distribution company will also be changing out the DVD covers. (Source)
